Narcís Mir y Soler is an Industrial Engineer from the Escola Tècnica Superior d’Enginyeria Industrial de Barcelona (UPC), a graduate in Economic and Business Sciences from the Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences of Barcelona (UB), a graduate in Social Sciences from the Institut Catòlic d’Estudis Socials de Barcelona (ICESB) and a Master in Public Management (EMPA) from the Institut de Governànça i Direcció Pública (ESADE).
