Women, Jews and Sages

The series dealt with the subject of Jewish women, their situation in the context of Jewish history and their intellectual and personal contribution to the historical trajectory of humanity. The lectures presented the experiences of several women who have had a marked transcendence in history, with contributions from different fields: from philosophy and thought (Hannah Arendt), from tradition and the law of Moses (matriarchs of the Bible), from cultural and social activity in the context of Girona (Rahel and Merecina), and also from fundamental contributions to scientific knowledge (Rita Levi-Montalcini).
